This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Caller ID Product Management team focused on lifecycle management of the new and evolving Trusted Call Solutions suite. The Associate Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Product Organization in executing new product initiatives that are aimed at growing revenue and advancing technology. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and organizational capabilities, as well as effective written and verbal communication skills.
Key Tasks/Duties:
- Act as primary interface for the onboarding and management of Neustar Trusted Call Solutions data, including interface to multiple partner systems
- Conduct ongoing data analyses in support of key customer and sales opportunities
- Advance data validation and quality assurance initiatives
- Assist with customer support issues and remedies
- Identify and deliver clear and concise process improvements and/or product requirements to help drive the strategic roadmap
- Assist with Trusted Call Solutions report development and maintenance
- Support Trusted Call Solutions development priorities utilizing Neustar internal development processes and tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA)
- Maintain and deliver analytic insights and trends regarding performance of initiatives
Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years data analytics experience preferable
- Ability to work with large volumes of data to statically analyze and summarize into reports
- Broad working knowledge of telecom wireline and mobile technologies a plus
- Must be able to effectively prioritize workload, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and possess exceptional follow-up and problem resolutions skills
- Should be proactive and demonstrate ability to work independently and produce results across multiple functional organizations, both internal and external
- Strong interpersonal communication skills as well as written and presentation skills
- Ability to interpret information and make sound judgment and business decisions
- This position requires travel (10%)
